Menanto Xop provides professional makeup artistry services including but not limited to:

• Bridal makeup application
• Special event makeup
• Beauty consultations and lessons
• Editorial and fashion makeup
• Corporate event makeup services

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Booking Process

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our website contact form or by phone
• Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of required deposit
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

3.2 Deposits and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all bookings
• Remaining balance is due on the day of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfer payments
• All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes

3.3 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before appointment: full refund minus deposit
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund of remaining balance
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: no refund
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Health and Safety

• Clients must disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities
• Clients with active skin infections or conditions may be refused service
• Clients must arrive with clean, makeup-free skin
• False eyelashes or contact lenses should be brought by the client if desired

4.2 Punctuality

• Clients should arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling
• Additional charges may apply for extended service time due to delays

5. Our Responsibilities and Limitations

5.1 Service Standards

• We will provide professional makeup services using quality products
• We will maintain clean and sanitary working conditions
• We will respect client privacy and confidentiality

5.2 Limitations

• We cannot guarantee specific makeup longevity due to individual skin types
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products not disclosed during consultation
• Weather conditions, humidity, and client activities may affect makeup appearance

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Menanto Xop and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Photography and Media

• We may photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes
• Clients will be asked for consent before any photos are taken
• Clients may request that photos not be used for marketing purposes

• Government restrictions or emergency orders
• Public health emergencies
• Transportation strikes or disruptions
